Baked Chicken Tortilla

Ingredients
1/2 cup ChiChi Salsa- divided4 oz. Daisy Low fat sour cream3-Best Choice Flour Tortilla-10" soft taco size3/4 cup Chopped skinless chicken breast (cooked)1/4 cup chopped tomato1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper1/8 cup chopped onion1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine 1/2 of the salsa & sour cream. Spread over each of 3 tortillas
3. Add chicken, tomato, pepper & onion to center of each burrito. Roll up.
4. Place burritos, seams down, in baking dish that has been coated in cooking spray. Top with remaining salsa.
5. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook an additional 5 minutes.
