Potatoes Soup (non Dairy)

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 2 cup diced (remove)1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)1 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk ##*Idahoan 1/2 Instant Mash Potatoes 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn Canned
Directions
Boil potatoes, drain reserving one cup of water from boiling, add potatoes, 1 cup of water and onions and bring to a boil, add almond milk and corn simmer for 5 minutes, stir in 1/2 cup of potato flakes for thickening and take from heat. Serve with crisp green salad.
