Fruity Baked Oatmeal

DRY TEAM4 cups old fashioned oatmeal1 cup white sugar2 TBS molasses1/4 tsp. PURE stevia (I use NuNaturals NuStevia)1 tsp salt4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon6 TBS ground flaxWET TEAM4 eggs, lightly beaten1 cup whole milk1 stick butter, meltedFRUIT TEAM2 cups chopped & peeled apple2 cups chopped & peeled peaches2 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
1) Combine DRY TEAM ingredients in a large bowl.
2) Combine WET TEAM ingredients in a quart liquid measuring cup or small bowl until well incorporated. Mix WET TEAM into DRY TEAM.
3) Stir in FRUIT TEAM.
4) Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35-40 in a greased 9X13 pan.
