Judys Egg Spinach and Bacon Muffins

Ingredients
8 eggs, large6 slices bacon - cooked on paper towel in microwave and crumbled4 T diced onion1/2 of 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry2 T of chopped sweet red pepper1-2 oz extra sharp cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin pans with Pam
Mix all ingredients
Divide into 12 muffin cups
Bake approx 20 minutes - until middle is set
