Baked Pears

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 serving Anjou Pear, 1 med. 1 tbsp Honey raw 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 7 tsp Light Brown Sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel and cut pears lengthwise, core seeds leaving a well-like hole. Mix brown sugar, butter with cinnamon. Fill holes with mixture. Place pears in a baking dish, drizzle with honey. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until pears are tender. Transfer pears to serving bowls and drizzle with remaining juices. Sprinkles pears with a pinch of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Serving Size: 2 whole pears or 4 pear halves
