Greek Chicken & Lemon Soup

Ingredients
Cut three roasted chicken thighs into cubesOne box of Pacific Organic Low Sodium Chicken BrothOne bunch of baby bok choy rinsed and cut up1 cup of cooked brown rice1 teasp minced garlic1/2 teasp Cavender's Greek Seasoning2 lemons - 1.5 teaspoons of lemon zest and juice of both lemonsCeltic sea salt1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon cup (2 teasps approx.)
Directions
Place broth in soup pot. Add lemon and zest. Add chicken cubes. Add garlic, and seasonings. Once heated, add the rice and the Knorr chicken bouillion and heat 'til boiling. Turn down and simmer for 15 minutes to blend flavours
