Savoury Mince and Veg

Ingredients
About 1kg Mince1 capsicum chopped up1 cup mushrooms3 garlic cloves1 stalk celery chopped up1 tin Red Kidney Beans1 Onion finely sliced1 can diced tomatoesWater if necessaryHerbs of your choice to season
Directions
Fry onion and garlic, add mince to brown in a large saucepan or pot. Add all vegies, let simmer until cooked down to a consistency you are happy with. I served this with some red cabbage and spinach steamed together for a really healthy dinner meal and its suitable for freezing! A bit of parmesan on top is nice if you like it!
