Shroom bake with barley, wild rice and brown rice

3/4 cups medium barley1/2 cup brown rice1/2 cup wild rice6 cups veggie stock 1 tbs olive oil6 cups mushrooms (chopped)1/2 cup chopped onionsalt and pepper to taste1 Tbs. McCormack Roasted Garlic/Red Pepper seasoning1 Tbs. "Chicken" seasoning by Mrs. Dash
sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add mushrooms and 1/4 cup stock. Cook until mushrooms begin to shrink. Mix rices and barley together with seasonings. Place in a 9x13 baking pan. Pour in remaining broth. When mushrooms and onions are partially cooked, place them on top of the rice (there will be a lot of broth) cover with tinfoil. Bake at 375 for 1 hr 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!
