Ingredients
can of sweet corn low sodiumcan of cream style cornbox of jiffy corn muffin mix1% milk (1/2 cup)
Directions
Pre- heat oven to 350. Spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients and pour into a prepared casserole dish or 8 x 8 pan. Bake 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown.
