Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 C sugar1/2 C vegetable oil3 oz 0% Chobani Plain3 large eggs2C flour (AP)2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp baking soda1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt3 C chopped apples (approx. 3 apples)
Directions
oven @ 350F. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch pan.
Beat together the sugar, oil, eggs and yogurt. then add everything else except the apples. Beat another minute. (use the handheld mixer) stir in apples. Pour/spread in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool completely on rack.

Serving Size: makes 15 3 inch pieces (or close enough)
