Springtime Salad with Snow Peas, Cucumbers, and Radishes

Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced2 cups thinly sliced radishes2 cups snow peas1 T sesame seeds 1 T seasoned rice vinegar2 t toasted sesame oil
Directions
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl, then sprinkle on the sesame seeds and drizzle on the vinegar and oil.
Toss thoroughly to combine, then divide among four bowls and serve.
