Guilt Free Cheeseburger

Ingredients
2 cups torn or shredded Lettuce of your choice8 Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips -sliced bite-size6 Grape Tomatoes - halved2 TBSP Tomato Ketchup (more or less to your taste)2 TBSP. Yellow Mustard (more or less to your taste)1 Slice American Cheese 4 ounces raw Ground Round or 1 (3 oz.) precooked patty.Salt & Pepper
Directions
Make ground round into a patty. Season with salt & pepper. broil or pan fry (without oil) to desired doneness. Top with sliced cheese, cover just until cheese is melted. Remove to drain on paper towel.

While burger is cooking: Tear or Shred Lettuce onto a plate. Very lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Top with the quartered dill pickles, onion pieces and halved grape tomatoes. Drizzle or drip Ketchup and Mustard over the salad.

Place Cheeseburger on top of lettuce combination and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving. Just multiply ingredients for the number of burgers you want to cook. Calorie calculations are for the larger servings when a range is given.
