Veggie Omelette, with cheese

Ingredients
mushrooms 1 cBroccolli, Fresh, 1 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Butter, salted, 1.5 TEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 half and half 2 Tsalt and pepper if desired
Directions
melt half of butter in skillet and slightly precook veggies, set aside. Mix eggs and Half and Half well. melt rest of butter in skillet on med low and fry omelette. Put veggies in center, sprinkle with cheese, and flip half of omelette over. Serve immediately.
