Simple Edamamde Hummus

Ingredients
*Edamame, shelled, fresh, 3 cup *Tahini, 4 tbsp*Garlic, Minced, Spice WorldSalt, 1 dash*Coriander seed, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Put all ingredients in a high power blender such as the Vitamix. Blend. Add water as needed to correct consistency. Season according to taste or add a little lemon juice for tang.
