Crockpot Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb boneless beef chuck roast1 c beef broth1/2 c soy sauce1/3 c brown sugar1 tbs sesame oil3 cloves garlic, minced2 tbs cornstarch4 tbs sauce (from crockpot after cooking)2 c frozen broccoli florets
Directions
Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic In crockpot. Slice beef thin and place in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs. When done take out cooking liquid and combine with cornstarch. Put back in crockpot along with broccoli. Cook 30 minutes more.
