Postgradfitspo's Vegan Banana Nut Granola Bars

2 cups Puffed Wheat Cereal2tsp Baking Powder2-3 Ripe Bananas1- 8 oz bag of trail mix2 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 cup Coconut Oil1/2 Honey2 cups Oats(I used steel cut but quick oats would be better)1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
Blend wet ingredients(oil, extract,banana, honey) in VitaMix or whatever blender you have handy.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until everything is covered and pour in a sheet cake pan. Make sure the pan is greased with coconut oil or oil of choice. Press ingredients evenly in pan and bake for 25ish minutes at 350F.
Serving Size: Makes 12 large bars
