Beef Burger Steak with Green Beans & Mushrooms for Two

8 ounces Ground Chuck1/8 tsp. Thyme1 tsp. Parsley1 can Green beans - rinse and drain. 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms - sliced5 Green Onions - sliced (or 1/2 cup onion rings)Salt & Pepper to taste1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt1/2 tsp. Onion PowderCooking Spray
Mix Garlic Salt, Onion Powder and 1/8 tsp. black pepper with ground chuck. Mix well and make steaks 1" thick. Season with salt & Pepper on both sides. In nonstick skillet, brown patties on both sides over medium high heat. Remove from skillet.
Spray same skillet with cooking spray. Brown mushrooms over high heat. Add onions and brown.
Add green beans. Stir in Thyme and Parsley. Return beef steaks to skillet. Heat until green beans are hot and steak desired doneness. Remove from heat. Salt & Pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Serving Size: Serving size: 1 beef steak with 1/2 of the veggies. Makes large servings of the veggies!
