Emily's GF Chicken Tortilla Soup

Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 canCanned Tomatoes, diced, undrained, 1 canBeans, black, canned, undrained, 1 canOrtega Enchilada Sauce, 1 canCanned Chicken, drained, 3 canYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, undrained, 1 can Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cartonBell Peppers, pre-chopped, 1 containerOlive Oil, 1 tspCumin seed, 3 tbspChili powder, 4 tbspGarlic powder, 8 tbspOregano, ground, 3 tbsp
Put entire package of bell peppers and olive oil in large stock pot over medium heat. Allow to cook while you open all the cans. Do Not drain any cans.
Add all canned food to stock pot, then add seasonings, then add chicken stock. Stir together.
Allow to come to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve hot!
