TOB Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
6.5oz Turkey Breast(left overs)16oz Gluten Free Pasta(I used SamMills Penne Rigate)2 medium tomatoes1/2 large onion2 cup skim milk1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese part skim1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese1 cup ricotta cheese part skim4tbs light sour cream3tsp oregano3tsp parsley3tsp paprika3tsp ground red pepper4tsp minced garlic5 leaves basil chopped
Directions
1. Boil your water for the pasta. While the water is boiling gather you ingredients and start dicing and cubing your tomatoes, onion, and basil. Once the water is at a boil put in your pasta and cook as indicated.
2. Once your pasta is cooked, drain it and then put it back in the same pot while turning the stovetop to a medium heat.
3. Add your milk, cheeses, spices, and onion to the pasta and cook until cheese is melty and onions are slightly soft.
4. Add your turkey and tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes or until your turkey and the tomatoes are slightly warm
5. Serve and enjoy!
