Mandel Bread (soft biscotti)

Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 cup oil3/4 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder3 cups whole wheat (white flour can be used)1 cup chocolate chips (can substitute cranberries or other items)cinnamon/sugar mix for top
Directions
blend all ingredients except flour and chips
add flour - blend
add chips
divide dough into 3 equal loafs
sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix
bake for 15 minutes @ 375
bake for another 10-12 minutes @ 350
cut into strips when cooled
