Rosemary New Potatoes

Ingredients
2 T Olive (or vegetable) oil4 garlic cloves, minced2 tsp saltfresh ground pepper1 tsp dried rosemary-crushed10 medium red new potatoes unpeeled and quartered
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss potatoes well to coat. transfer to baking sheet Cook 50-55 minutes stirring once.
