1 can Goya black beans1 can Libby's Sweet Corn1/2 large red onion, chopped1/4 C Olive Oil1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar1/4 C Chopped cilantro10 chopped grape tomatoes1/2 lime, juice1/2 large jalpeno, chopped and seeded1/4 tsp cayenne2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cayennesalt to taste
Pour beans and corn in strainer and rinse. Add to fairly large boil. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Chill for at least one hour before eating.
