Whole Wheat Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients
3/4 cup canned pumpkin1 3/4 cup skim milk1 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat waffle iron.
Whisk together pumpkin, milk, honey, cinnamon, and baking soda until well blended.
Gently add in flour and baking powder. Stir just until combined.
Ladle batter into the center of waffle iron and cook per manufacturer's directions for your model waffle maker.
