1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder1 cup mashed bananas (about 2-3, depending on size)1 cup whey protein powder2 cups whole wheat flour
Serving Size: 24 servings
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Whisk oil and sugar together. Beat in egg and vanilla until creamy. Beat in baking powder, bananas and whey powder until smooth. Stir in flour and combine well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into twenty four slices. Store in an airtight container.
