Ingredients
1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup1 can crushed tomatoes1 cup chicken broth1 Tbsp chili pwd1 tsp oregeno1 tsp ground cumin5 chicken breasts - cup into pieces1 pkg whole wheat tortillas2 cups lowfat cheese
Directions
Combine soups, tomatoes, broth and spices. Tear tortillas into bite sized pieces. In a 9x13 pan layer 1/2 of chicken, tortilla pieces and sauce and then cheese. Repeat. Cook at 350 for 60 min.
