Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2-98 percent fat free turkey slices1cheddar cheese slice2 tomato slices2 slices of panini bread onion slices (optional)barbeque sauceolive oil
Directions
Spread barbeque sauce on bread. Layer cheese , turkey slices, onion, and tomato. Top with slice of bread. Lightly brush olive oil on outside of bread and grill in a frying pan or panini press.
