Meatball Noodle Stew

Ingredients
25 Meatballs, cooked1 green pepper3 garlic cloves, minced4 TBS dried, minced onion2 cups chicken stock1 can diced tomatoes, with juice1 can sweet corn, drained1 can sliced carrots, drained1 can green beans, drained8 ozs. medium egg noodles3-4 TBS Cavendar greek seasoning1 tsp black pepper, ground
Directions
Place meatballs in hot water and boil for 5 minutes, drain. This drains most of the fat away! Add additional ingredients, except the noodles, and cook on high for 5 more minutes. Add the noodles and simmer 8 minutes. Serve!

    Quick and easy..full of healthy veggies. I will make it again and would exchange the noodles for a veggie pasta or whole wheat pasta which would need to be cooked ahead of time but would be healthier. - 9/4/15
