Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage - chopped/shredded1c celery 1c onion 1c carrots1 green bell pepper2-3 garlic cloves6c broth - i use homemade vegatable1t oregano1t basil1/2t red pepper flakes1/2t black pepper1t salt2T olive oil1t lemon juice (opt)1t soy sauce (opt)
Directions
Saute celery, onion, pepper, carrot & garlic in olive oil until slightly tender. Add broth, cabbage & seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until cabbage is tender. Adjust seasoning if needed, I added lemon & soy at end.
