Salmon Slices Baked

Ingredients
600 grams filet (salmon, approximately 3 centimeters thick)1 tbsp olive oil1 lemon (sliced)1/2 orange (juiced)1 tbsp honeysaltground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 C
Drizzle a glass baking dish with olive oil. Place the lemon slices in the baking dish and pour the orange juice on them.
Cut the salmon into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the pieces of salmon on top of the lemon slices, and drizzle the honey onto them.
Bake for 20 minutes until cooked.
