Honey Mustard Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs turkey cutlets1/2 Cup whole wheat panko crumbs4 tbsp ground flax seed4 tbsp nutritional yeast2 egg whites1/3 cup mustard1 tbsp raw honeySeasonings to taste: Poultry Seasoning Sage Oregano Basil salt pepper garlic powder
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
Mix panko, flax seed, nutritional yeast and seasonings in one dish.
Mix egg whites, mustard, honey, salt & pepper in another dish.
Dredge turkey cutlets first in mustard mixture and then in panko mixture. Place in a baking dish.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
