Chocolate Splenda Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 cup Splenda1 tsp salt 1 tsp cornstarch5 ounces evaporated skim milk 3/4 cup water 2 tbsp vanilla
Directions
Mix together the Splenda, cocoa, salt and cornstarch in a small pot.
Add milk and water and whisk together.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and cool.

    This recipe has WAY too much salt. It kinda overpowers the other flavors. Reduce the salt to 1/2 t or even 1/3 t. With the reduction in salt this is a great bittersweet chocolate sauce. Thanks! - 5/16/10
