canned tomatoes & pureechopped beef (hamburg)ricecheesefresh peppers
Directions
cook hamburg & rice. parboil halved red peppers. mix all ingredients together (except peppers) and then stuff peppers. Put a little tomato puree in bottom of oven safe dish and put in stuffed peppers. top with a little cheese and bake 30mins @ 350.
