Tofu spagetti supstitute and crawfish tails

Ingredients
1. Tofu Shirataki spagettie substitute2. Bonanza peeled crawfish tails with fat3. Red onion4. green bell pepper5. scallions6. tomatoe
Directions
1. cook the tofu in the microwave for 1 minutes, stir it and cook it for one more minute then put it aside.
2. cook the crawfish tail in a steaming bag in the microwave for about 8 minutes.
3. In a cooking pan spray PAM (non stick spray) and put the onion, bell pepper, scallion, and tomatoes.
4. Season it with salt and pepper.
5. put the crawfish into the pan cook it for about 10 minutes
6. add the spagettie in the pan and cook it for another 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
