Carrot and Zucchini Omlette

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetend Almond Milk2 Large Eggs1/4 Cup of Grated Carrot1/4 Cup of Grated Zucchini1/4 Cup of Diced Ham
Directions
Grate Carrot and Zucchini into a bowl.
Crack two eggs into the same bowl.
Pour Almond Milk into bowl.
Mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Ham.
Pour into hot pan to cook until golden on the bottom.
