Chicken filling for chicken cheesesteak portabella mushrooms

Ingredients
1lb shaved chicken breast1/4c chopped peppers3/4c chopped onions1 clove garlic1/3c beef stock2tsp italian seasoning1tsp worchester sauce
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray and saute shaved chicken until cooked through. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic and saute for about 4mins. Add italian season, beef stock and worchester sauce and cook until sauce is thickened.

I often stuff this inside of a roasted portabella mushrooms and top with provolone cheese. Put under the broiler for a few minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted.
