Cheryll's Crunchy Granola

Ingredients
Organic rolled oats, organic unsweetened coconut flakes, Sliced Almonds, honey, cinnamon, xylotol, butter/coconut oil, salt, dried fruits
Directions
Toss dry ingredients with melted butter/coconut oil/honey until well coated. Spread on cookie sheet and bake in slow oven (250 F) for about an hour, or till golden toasted. Cool and then add the dried fruit of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 cups.
