Ingredients
1C light yogurt, vanilla flavored1/2C calcium fortified orange juice1/4C frozen strawberries1/4C frozen blackberries1/4C frozen mango chunks
Directions
Put everything into a blender, blend on high till smooth. Pour into a tall glass, pop in a straw and enjoy!
