1/3 Cup Frozen Cranberries1 Cup Unsweetened Almond milk12 Grams Walnuts ( recipe calls for 6 but dont know what that ways)1/2 scoop Unflavored Protein of choice ( Gemme Pea Protein Isolate Plain )1 Small pear20 Grams of old fashion rolled oats1 tsp Cinnamon1-2 kale or lettuce leaves3-5 drops stevia
Directions
Blend all till smooth. Drink Immediately
