Ingredients:*Pearl Tapioca, 1 cup *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Olive Oil, 4 1tsp Peanuts, dry-roasted, 0.5 cup *Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp *Ground Cinamon, 1 tsp *Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 1.5 tsp *Sugar, Red Path, White Granulated, 3 tsp *Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 1.5 tbsp *curry leaves = 1 leaf, 3 serving Ginger Root, 2 tsp *Green chilly / Mirchi, 10 gram(s) *Coriander leaf, dried, 6 tbsp Cinamon stick 1Laving 2 piecesRed Dried Chilli 2 piece
Soak Sabudana in a bowl with only 3 to 4 table spoon of water for 8 to 10 hrs. Cut potatoes in 1/2" with skin. Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds till brown ass curryleaves,cinamon stick, laving and potatoes.
Add little bit of water and little salt and let the potatoes cook till they are tender and slight brown. Add soaked sabudana (make sure they are some what dry) add crushed roasted peanuts sugar, lime juice and salt to taste. Add crushed ginger and green chillies. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
Serving Size: 3 to 4 Pepple
