Ultimate Whole Grain Cereal Base

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Quinoa1/4 Cup Pearl Barley1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oatmeal1/4 Cup Bulgar Wheat4 Tbsp Flax Seed
Directions
Mix all ingredients and divide into four resealable baggies.
Take one baggie and add 1/4 cup of water (or milk, but that's not included in the nutrition info).
Refrigerate for a day or two.
When you want to eat it, put it in a microwavable bowl, add a bit more milk or water, and any variants you want, microwave for two minutes, stir and then microwave for two more minutes (careful, it might boil over). And enjoy!
