Ranch English Muffin Mini "Pizzas"

1 English muffin1/4 C Protein RanchFresh baby spinach1 clove garlic, minced1 slice onion, minced2-4 tomato slicesTurkey pepperoniCanadian bacon1/2 oz. part skim mozzarella1/2 oz. reduced fat feta crumbles*The ingredients of this are super-flexible. Experiment and make it your own. This is just what I typically use for toppings.
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
-Split an English muffin
-Spread Protein Ranch on each side of muffin
-Top with desired toppings
-Finish it off with cheese (I don't use a lot of cheese as the veggies and ranch give it tons of flavor)
-Bake for around 20 minutes (just keep checking on it until it is your desired done-ness)
-Let cool a few minutes, sink your teeth in and enjoy!
