Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups regular rolled oats3/4 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt3 egg whites2 1/4 cup buttermilk2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, make a well in the middle. Combine Wet ingredients and add to dry.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Pour on hot griddle by 1/4 cup.
Cool 4 minutes or until done.
2 pancakes per serving.
