Beef Laura's Lean Ground Round 4% Fat, 16 oz Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cupGreen Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 2 cupOld El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1/2 cupRed Onion Raw, chopped , 1 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup
In non-stick skillet add meat and begin to brown on med heat.
Dice up onion and add to meat, cook till meat is done.
Add taco seasoning and stir in well.
Pour in 1/2 cup to 1 cup low sodium chicken or beef broth, stir around until bottom of pan is clean of all seasoning.
Add corn and beans.
Continue to heat on low till broth reduces completely.
Serve in your favorite Mexican dish.
