Chicken Parmesan - Healthy Low-carb

For 1 serving:1 chicken breast, boneless, skinlessOlive OilHerbs - Rosemary (fresh if you have it) & Italian blend or Oregano - to your liking1/2 cup Marinara Sauce1/2 Tbsp approx. Parmesan grated cheese1 Tbsp approx. Mozzarella shredded cheese, low fat part skim
Mix Olive oil and herbs in gallon ziplock bag and marinate chicken in it for about 1/2 hour. Grill on BBQ at medium heat for about 20-25 minutes til done, but moist. While chicken is grilling, heat up marinara on stove.
Place chicken in glass baking dish, top with Marinara Sauce, sprinkle Parmesan and Mozzarella on top and bake at 400 for about 5-10 minutes, til cheeses are melted. Yum!
