low fat turkey mini meatloaves

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground chicken1 lb lean ground turkey2 eggs2 cloves garlic, minced1 small slice low carb bread (I used a bit of flax bread)1 tbsp cream and a bit of water, if needed to soak the bread1 or 2 tbsp low fat salsa1/2 to 1 whole zucchini, minced2 green onions, minced2-3 tbsp chopped cilantropinch half salt, pepper, oregano1 tsp worcester sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, put in your ground meats and add garlic, green onions, salt, pepper,seasonings, cilantro and worcester. Mix together well. Add zucchini, salsa and eggs. Take bread that has soaked in a bit of cream (or milk or water). Crumble bread in and mix it all together. Mixture will be quite wet. Fill muffin tins fairly full, and bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes. Use a non-stick pan or spray liberally to avoid sticking.
