Cherry Almond Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats2 cups vanilla almond milk1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup dried cherries1/2 large apple shredded1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350
2. Grate apple
3. Mix vanilla extract with almond milk
4. Sprinkle oatmeal in a greased glass casserole dish
5. Pour almond milk on top.
6. Layer remaining ingredients
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon
8. Bake for 45 minutes
9. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes
10. Enjoy
