White Chicken Chili in Slow Cooker

Ingredients
Cooking spray2 cans (15 oz.) Great Northern or Cannellini beans, undrained1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 can (10 oz.) RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, undrained1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth3-4 cloves garlic, minced1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped1 cup chopped yellow onion1 tablespoon ground cumin2 teaspoons oregano leaves.25 teaspoon dried pepper flakes (more to taste)1 cup frozen corn kernels (add last half of cooking if desired)
Directions
1. Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray, or use liner. Place 1 can of beans in slow cooker and mash with potato masher or spoon until smooth. Add second can of beans and all remaining ingredients (may reserve corn for second half of cooking time). Stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours. Separate the chicken into bite-size pieces or shred with a fork.
