Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound Beef (petite sirloin is a good, less expensive option1/2 cup chopped onion1 can golden mushroom soup2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup water1 Tbsp. Catsup4-5 fresh mushrooms. sliced4 oz lite cream cheese (Neufatchel)
Directions
Cut beef into bit-sized pieces.
Combine beef and chopped onion in crockpot.
Combine Soup, water, worcestershire sauce and catsup. Pour over meat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and stir into meat sauce along with sour cream. Heat and stir until blended. Serve over rice or noodles.
