Gluten Free Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
Premium Gold Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 Tbsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, 3 tsp Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened, 1 & 1/2 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined and do not over mix. Batter will be thicker than traditional pancake mix. Heat nonstick skillet to medium high. When sides firm up or you see bubbles form on top then flip. May need to cook longer than traditional pancakes depending on thickness to cook all the way through.
