Mix 2 cup of buttermilk, l cup unsweetened applesauce, 6 table spoons egg whites. mix together or swift together 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 4 splenda, 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and 4 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and then stir in 1/2 cup of dry quick oatmeal
heat a non stick skillet, spray with Pam or olive oil lightly. Measure 1/4 cup of the batter per pancake and pour in the hot skillet turn down heat and cook until bubbles appear on top and flip pancake and brown on the other side. Do this for all the pancakes
